Team Elevate collects parent contact details, athlete roster information, emergency contacts, documents, and payment records so the club can operate practices, tournaments, and registration.
Information about a child is shown only to that child's guardians, the staff assigned to that child's team, and club administrators who need it for their role. Medical and emergency details are further limited. Coach notes stay private.
Public pages show first name and last initial unless an administrator changes the roster display setting. Documents are stored privately and downloaded through an authenticated link.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Team Elevate does not store full card numbers. Donation records are kept separate from player fees.
